Responding to emergencies that occur in and around our community is a significant part of what we do. However, there's a place for everyone at SSA. While we currently only employ EMTs and Paramedics, volunteers help keep our organization running. We are always looking for community members who want to help.
Drivers, Assistants, EMTs, and Paramedics make up our patient care teams. These highly trained team members respond when our community needs them most.
Members of our Buildings & Grounds team help keep our facility running smooth and looking great.
Community and Public Relations members work to provide transparent information and responses are available and timely made to our social media platforms.
Assisting with minor ambulance maintenance and repairs our Fleet Services team ensures that our ambulance are always ready to respond.
Our Logistics and Supplies team tracks our medical and non-medical inventories, ensuring that we always have the items we need to respond to emergencies
Our Patient Advocates contact patients and families following care to obtain feedback and provide a conduit for questions and resources.
Our Quality Assurance team reviews patient care records and patient feedback to identify areas of improvement
As we are increasingly reliant on technology, our Information Systems team ensures that we are connected and secure.
Our Training team ensures that all our members have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding care tour communities.
